We all know the game. Baseball. We love it! It is intense and extremely rewarding for the player as well as the parents! Watching our kids develop into real ball players. Wins bring joy and excitement! Championship trophies bring a sense of accomplishment! But with any competitive sport comes politics, pressure, and disappointment. It becomes a roller coaster of emotions. But we would never trade anything for the experience. It's in our blood.
Faith is defined as something you believe in but is not seen. Our faith at 3:16 Baseball is in an Almighty God whose name is Jesus Christ. He is the one and only true God that promises salvation to those who believe in Him. In the bible, John 3:16 states that "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." That eternal life starts now if you choose to accept Him as your personal savior today!
Can a competitive game marry with faith? Can you play as a capable athlete and have faith in God at the same time? We believe you can and we want to teach your player how to be successful at it and share it with others. We believe that winning games is too small of a thing to live for. Championship trophies will eventually collect dust and be forgotten. What legacy can we instill in our young athletes?
To install a Christ-like mentality into the character of every person in order to produce highly competitive athletes in a way that honors God.
We need to understand that winning games is too small of a thing to live for. Baseball should be just one of the many ways we honor God the creator of all things. We honor Him with our attitude. We honor Him with our hustle. And leave the results to Him. Period.
